Grounded Goodwife’s “You had me at aloe…” Materials List

You’re Smokin’ Hot Sunburn Gel – makes 4 ounces

• aloe vera gel
• coconut oil (cold-pressed and extra virgin, if possible)
• optional: lavender essential oil
• 4 ounce glass jar

Ticked Off Tick Repellent – makes 8 ounces

• apple cider vinegar
• Herbs:
  • lavender
  • spearmint
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • sage
• Essential oils:
  • Rose geranium
  • Lemongrass
  • Spearmint
  • Citronella
  • Orange
• One 8-ounce glass jar
• Two 4-ounce glass spray bottles
