A delicious holiday pastry is one crust and one filling away. Join Liz Barbour of The Creative Feast for this virtual Cook-Along event, where we will be making a mouth-watering holiday treat!

In this class, Liz will demonstrate her favorite pie dough recipe and prepare a a beautiful apple galette you will love to serve at your holiday table for years to come. Liz will also share cooking wisdom and tips that will inspire you to create variations of her recipe. You will have the opportunity to ask her questions and advice as you prepare your pastry alongside her.

Class Registration: PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LIVE ONLINE PROGRAM THAT WILL TAKE PLACE VIA ZOOM. ​To register for this class, click the link above. Following registration, you will receive a one-time login/password for the class. Registrants DO NOT need a Zoom account nor do they need to create an account.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar, as well as links to the Cook-Along ingredients/equipment lists so you can get prepared to make this tasty treat together with your fellow Somervillians, the SPL, and Liz.

About Liz Barbour:

Chef | Cookbook Author | Gardener

Liz Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started The Creative Feast in 2004. Liz’s cooking demonstrations and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle, Channel 9’s “Cooks Corner” and in various publications including New Hampshire Magazine. In 2017 Liz published her first cookbook “Beautifully Delicious: Cooking with Herbs & Edible Flowers”.

Liz shares her skills as a working chef and entertaining communicator, whose relaxed and humorous attitudes toward food demystify the cooking process. Sit back and watch while Liz prepares and presents exciting dishes for you and your friends to enjoy.
