Yoga and meditation are great ways for tweens and teens to calm their bodies and minds. In this 30 minute class, we will breathe, play, and be mindful. No prior experience needed.
This class is taught by Elissa Shoreman from Buddhaful Souls Yoga and is being offered in a four-week series; participants can sign up for any number of weeks.
