Sweet Pea FAMILY Yoga is a special yoga class where adults and kids can develop their yoga practice in a joyful, interactive hour together! The poses are attuned to help kids learn yoga in a way that reflects their age, ability, and curiosity. Adults will enjoy the opportunity to learn alongside their children as we explore a variety of beneficial yoga postures for building strong bones, increasing body awareness and flexibility, and refining balance. This Family Yoga class is rooted in a classical style of learning yoga and the instruction is geared towards 6-12 year olds—which adults can comfortably enjoy.
We’ll integrate activities for developing mindfulness, practicing emotional resiliency, making healthy choices, breathing techniques, and kid-friendly meditation. No prior yoga experience is required by adult or child.
Grown-ups must register to reserve your family’s spot and we’ll share the ZOOM link before the classes.
