Plymouth Public Library’s Literary Salon Series continues with acclaimed nature writer, Kathryn Aalto, Monday, November 9th at 11 AM.  This virtual program “live” from the UK, where Aalto lives, will be part travelogue, part nature writing adventure by 25 nature writers who are women.

Dr. Richard M. Shiff Forum presents (virtual): Writing Wild: Women Poets, Ramblers and Mavericks Who Shape How We See the Natural World.
Virtual Program: Part travelogue, cultural critique, and engaging history, Aalto’s latest book is a beautifully illustrated and carefully curated collection of profiles, written by acclaimed author, Kathryn Aalto.  With beautiful natural images, readings and storytelling, Aalto brings to life these extraordinary writers and their words. The author explores twenty-five classic, new, and overlooked female nature writers over two centuries.  Aalto will be joining us live from her home in the UK.
