About the instructor: Deb Raymond is the founder/coach at Career-Creations.  She is an accomplished and successful career development professional with over 15 years of experience demonstrating expertise in career counseling, employer relations, and job development.  She is a highly effective communicator with exceptional abilities to provide career guidance to diverse populations across all industries.  Deb holds a masters of science degree in applied educational psychology from Northeastern University.
