Guided Meditation with Leslie Gabriele! (Online Program)
Pause in your busy week for 30 minutes of relaxation and self-care. On the 4th Thursday of each month, Leslie will guide us in meditation and relaxation techniques that allow the stresses of the week to melt away. Learn how to relax and reinvigorate! Start your weekend energized and prepared for new experiences. Registration is required.
