Borrower Beware: The Ins & Outs of Credit Cards
Credit cards offer convenience and can be a huge help to building a credit profile, but they can also be a large source of misuse and overspending. This workshop provides insights on how to manage credit cards, their hidden costs, and tips to avoid credit card traps. Learn about credit reports and credit scores and what steps you can take to improve your financial standing.

A link to the Zoom event will be emailed to you the afternoon of the event.

The BPL-Babson Financial Literacy Project is a series of workshops designed to increase your financial empowerment. Join the Boston Public Library and the Babson Financial Literacy Project (BFLP) for year-round workshops that can change the way you think about money.

BFLP is a not-for-profit program designed to help young adults acquire the necessary knowledge and habits for long-term financial prosperity. While exploring real-world financial situations, participants will hone their problem-solving skills and build lifelong strategies for budgeting, building credit, saving, and more. Participants do not need any financial expertise, and only basic math skills are required. Open to everyone age 18 and over.
