Join the West End Branch Library and the Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center for a virtual discussion on what’s behind the making of an audiobook. Registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent on the day before the program. For more information email westend@bpl.org.

Instructor Rosie Jones  is an actor, director and voiceover artist. As an audiobook narrator, she has recorded over 100 titles across many genres, but specializes in young adult, romantic comedies and period drama. In the world of video games she has voiced characters in everything from Call of Cathulu and Professor Layton to Final Fantasy and DragonQuest. Rosie’s TV credits include Downton Abbey, Call the Midwife, Bodyguard, The Collection and most recently, a docu-drama for BBC1 about World War II. As a director, Rosie was commissioned by the Royal Shakespeare Company to create and direct six new mini plays for their Family Season 2020 (three of which were adapted for screen and are currently available online). She was the Performance Director for The Foundation, DLC of video game Control, and her short film The Christmas Bull won multiple awards on the festival circuit and is available on Amazon Prime.
