Integrative Health: Using Holistic Approaches for Health & Wellbeing

February 11th from 6:30pm – 7:30pm on Zoom

Join Mandy Lubus  and Kristen Harte of Holistic Therapies 4Life for a discussion exploring various holistic modalities. Open your heart and mind to explore ancient practices bringing you back to health and wellness. Topics include – ayurveda, acutonics, chiropractic care, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, essential oils, yoga therapy, and lots more.

Did you know:

  • following the ayurvedic clock will allow you to sleep better and have enough energy for the entire day?
  • by clearing energetic blocks with accutonics or acupuncture, you can alleviate pain, enhance sleep cycles, and improve your moods?

Registration is required so we can send you a Zoom invitation. Zoom invitations will be emailed to registrants the day of the discussion. Please Register here.

This program is made possible through federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services as administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
