In this one hour class you will begin the work of balancing your nervous system, a prerequisite for emotional balance.
Anxiety, which results from an overactive sympathetic nervous system, can change by shifting out of “fight-or-flight” mode into “rest and digest.”
Through the use of therapeutic yoga tools and techniques you will begin to cool, calm, and relax the body while bringing a fearful, active, and future focused mind a sense of clarity, stillness, equanimity, and mindfulness of the present moment.
