Gentle Movement and Meditation with Laura Johnson from Hands to Heart Center
Join us, Hands to Heart Center, and Laura Johnson for an online hour of gentle movement and calming breathwork. Learn practices to ground and center yourself in daily life and cultivate an attitude of mindfulness. No prior experience necessary. A yoga blanket or two bath towels might be helpful, but they are not required.
